Six services, one contact person. Pricing and scope are stated on every service page.
Personal
Whoever built your site looks after it afterwards. You write to us directly, in German, English or French, and never have to explain to anyone how your site is put together.
Together
Website, hosting, domain and analytics come from the same hands. No coordinating between three companies when something breaks, and one invoice at the end of the month instead of four.
Open
Every service page states what it costs. In the configurator you put your website together and see the total right away, without an enquiry and without an appointment.
Not every topic fits into a package. For the rest, we talk.
What is a domain?
Your domain is the name people type to find you, for example yourcompany.ch. It belongs to you and does not depend on where the site is hosted. If you switch providers later, the domain moves with you.
What is hosting?
When someone types your address, their browser asks a server for your site's files and gets them back. That server is your hosting. How fast it answers, how reliably it stays reachable and where it stands are things you decide when you book.
What makes up the website itself?
A site is a home page plus subpages connected by the navigation: services, about, contact. On top of that come texts, images and forms. The number of subpages you need drives the effort, not the technology.
How do I get found on Google and in AI answers?
Google is no longer the only address. Plenty of people now ask ChatGPT or Perplexity, and Google answers a lot directly in its overview. For your page to appear there it has to be machine-readable and give clear answers. Next to SEO you will hear two terms: GEO for visibility inside AI answers, AEO for your page answering the question directly.
How does a project work?
After your inquiry, we get in touch for a conversation. Then we create your offer. Once you commission us, you get access to your personal dashboard where you can track progress and talk to us directly. A typical project takes 2 to 4 weeks.
Can I make changes during development?
Of course. Depending on the package, 2 to unlimited revision rounds are included. You give feedback through the ticket system in the dashboard and we implement it promptly.
Why React instead of WordPress?
WordPress was originally a blog engine from 2003 and needs a separate plugin for every function. We build with React and Next.js instead, and with Astro depending on the project. We stay open on the technology, what counts is what the site actually needs. The difference shows in loading time and maintenance effort: no plugin conflicts, no outdated scripts, a clean codebase that is still maintainable in five years.
Do I have to book hosting with Weblio?
No, you have the choice. We offer managed hosting with a Plesk web panel, an SSL certificate and daily backups, and the prices are on the hosting page. Alternatively we deploy your website on your own server.
How do I reach support?
Through the ticket system in your dashboard. You can pick categories and priorities, attach files and follow the status. We usually respond within 24 hours on working days. You can also reach us by email at info@weblio.eu.
What payment methods are available?
We accept credit cards, debit cards and TWINT via Stripe. Business customers can also pay by invoice. For larger projects, payment in instalments is possible: 50% at project start, 50% on completion.
