Fixed price from CHF 499, before the draft
From the main station to Marktplatz the tram takes six minutes. From the city centre the Stadtbahn carries straight on to the regional railway lines without a change, out to Bretten or Bruchsal. We build for the businesses along those lines, not for the corporate head offices.
Someone who enquires today wants a slot tomorrow. So the site has to say which trades you actually take on and how far you travel. The rest is settled on the phone, if the enquiry gets through.
Here someone is reading along who could do it themselves. A page that loads quickly, is marked up cleanly and does not open with a wall of consent toggles counts for more here than any animation. English is usually part of it.
The clients of these offices read closely, and in a city with the Federal Constitutional Court and the Federal Court of Justice that goes double. What works here are clearly named practice areas, real names with a face, and a route to an appointment that does not depend on a call back.
The decision is made on the move, not at a desk. Someone looking for a table in the evening wants opening hours, address and a phone number without opening a PDF. At a market stall the same applies, only a few hours earlier.
Between KIT, the Technologiepark and the CyberForum there is enough expertise in this city that the line about a modern website moves nobody. What is left are three things you can check before you sign.
Technical questions get a technical answer
If you want to know why something was solved a particular way, the answer comes from the person who built it and not from sales. That saves the detour through an intermediary who would have to ask first.
One price, not a day rate
With a quote based on effort, the final invoice decides what the project cost. With us the sum is set after a short video call, with a list of what is included and what is not. There is plenty to compare in Karlsruhe: look not only at the number but at what stands next to it.
No contract that ties you down
We bill hosting by the month and you cancel it to the end of a month. Maintenance is optional, and if you take it, it commits you for six months. And if you already have hosting, we deploy the site there. In a city with this density of IT people, whoever wants to look under the bonnet later often sits at the next desk. That should work without asking us first.
Via the A5 it is around two hundred kilometres from Basel and a good two hours, by train along the Rheintalbahn it is quicker and without a change. The journey is rarely needed: coordination and sign-offs run through the dashboard, the ticket system and video. A national border changes nothing there, but it does change the invoice and the legal setting.

We are based in Switzerland, you are in the EU. Currency, VAT and payment route are therefore discussed before the quote and not on the final invoice. Payment is by bank transfer in euros, so you never convert a foreign currency.
Hosting, mail and backups run on European servers. What usually matters more than the location is what the page itself loads: maps, fonts from external servers, analytics, forms. That is where the transfers arise that your privacy policy has to explain later.
In Germany section 25 of the TDDDG applies: anything that is not strictly necessary may only be stored on or read from your visitors' devices after consent, and the GDPR governs the processing behind it. So we build the site to work without such services and switch them on deliberately afterwards.
In Karlsruhe the person reading could often build it themselves. So a technical question is answered by whoever built it, not by a sales desk.

Which price do you quote a Karlsruhe business?
We work with three fixed price packages: Onepager from CHF 499, Starter with up to three pages from CHF 699, Business with up to five pages from CHF 1'099. Anything beyond that sits next to it as an add-on with its own price, for example booking, shop or a multilingual setup. You get that list before you commit, not together with the invoice afterwards. Billing is in euros.
How long does it take?
Two to four weeks, whatever the scope. More pages mean more hours on our side, not more waiting on yours. The clock starts on the day the texts and images are there. If they are still missing we plan the content add-on in from the start, so the date does not have to move twice.
Do you come to Karlsruhe for meetings?
For a project kick-off or a handover, yes, the trip is a good hour and a half by train and can be planned. The first call itself runs on video and stays short. We do not board a train for individual follow-up questions, because those journeys would end up inside the fixed price. In between, questions run through the dashboard, the ticket system and WhatsApp.
What does German law require on the site?
An imprint under section 5 DDG with name, address, legal form, contact details and, depending on the profession, chamber and supervisory authority. On top of that a privacy policy under the GDPR, and consent under the TDDDG for everything that is not strictly necessary. Since 28 June 2025 the German Accessibility Act also covers many consumer facing offerings, with an exemption for micro enterprises providing services. We build that in and tell you what is in place. The binding assessment belongs with a law firm.
We are in the district, not the city. Does that work too?
Yes. The Karlsruhe district covers thirty-two towns and municipalities, among them Bruchsal, Ettlingen, Bretten, Stutensee, Rheinstetten and Waghäusel, plus Pfinztal, Weingarten, Karlsbad, Waldbronn, Eggenstein-Leopoldshafen and Malsch. Rastatt, Baden-Baden and the Südpfalz around Landau are within the catchment area as well. The way we work is the same everywhere, because it does not depend on a desk next door anyway.
Why not someone from Karlsruhe itself?
A fair question, because there is no shortage of providers here. If you need someone at your table every week or references from the next neighbourhood, you are better served locally. What we offer instead is a fixed price, one contact and hosting you can cancel to the end of any month. Maintenance is optional and runs for six months. Get both offers and decide.
