We build without WordPress and without a plugin system. There is nothing that would need a monthly update. Security and nightly backups come with the hosting. A plan is not about the technology. It pays off when you change content regularly and would rather not do it yourself.

If you set the site up once and barely touch it afterwards, you do not need one. The hosting carries the technology, and the ticket system is open to you without a maintenance plan too. A plan is built for the other case: when changes are part of the week and someone should publish them without a lead time.

What counts as a text change?
Any content update on a page counts as one change: rewriting a passage, adjusting a price, changing opening hours, adding a new blog-post text, updating contact info. Image swaps are counted separately in the Plus and Pro plans.
What happens if I need more changes?
No problem. Additional changes are billed transparently at CHF 15 per change, image swaps at CHF 20. You receive a confirmation before each extra. Customers who regularly exceed their plan save by upgrading.
Can I switch packages?
Yes, you can upgrade anytime. A downgrade is possible after the minimum term. We adapt your package flexibly to your needs.
Do I need hosting with Weblio?
No. Our maintenance packages work independently of hosting. We look after websites on any hosting provider. As long as we have access.
How do I report change requests?
By email, through our ticket system or simply via WhatsApp. Just send us a short message with your request. We'll handle it.
What is the minimum term?
With monthly payment, the minimum term is 6 months, then cancel monthly. With yearly payment you save one month and commit for 12 months.
What Google services are included in the Pro plan?
The Pro plan covers active Google Business Profile maintenance, ongoing Search Console monitoring (indexing, crawl errors, keyword rankings) and a monthly Analytics report by email. The Plus plan only includes Google Business, the Basic plan includes none of these.
