A studio in Basel building websites for firms in Munich and the districts around it. Fixed price up front, German mandatory details from day one.
Price from CHF 499, unchanged after that
Seven S-Bahn lines share eleven kilometres of trunk line between Pasing and Ostbahnhof. From Ostbahnhof to Marienplatz is five minutes, to the main station ten, and between the main station and Marienplatz you walk just under a quarter of an hour through the pedestrian zone. Your customers cover those routes with a phone in their hand.
People search on the move and settle it in seconds: the menu, the opening hours, a free table. During the Wiesn and the trade fair weeks an audience arrives that does not know the city and reads in English. The same page has to carry both, without anyone rearranging it first.
The choice here is wider than anyone's patience: someone looking for a practice, a law firm or an adviser is on the next search result the moment the speciality, the name and a free appointment are not there straight away. For chamber professions a name and an address in the imprint are not enough, and that is cheaper to get right while building than afterwards.
The enquiry gets written on the way to the next site, thumb typed. The trade and the service area therefore belong at the top, because nobody on the Mittlerer Ring counts a journey in kilometres. Two pictures of finished work explain more than three paragraphs about quality.
Messe München in Riem counted almost two million visitors in 2023, and anyone who had a conversation there looks the company up afterwards. What carries then is a page that continues the stand: documents to take away, a clear route to the right person, and an English version. In a city where just under a third of residents hold no German passport, that version is not read by buyers from abroad alone.
Four hundred kilometres stay four hundred kilometres, and Munich has a dedicated agency for every specialism. Anyone who needs someone in the building will find them here on foot. Three things are left to us, and all three are written down in the quote.
Your project size is our standard size
In a city where agencies look after car brands, luxury goods and financial services, a onepager is the job that still squeezes in at the end of the month. With us it is the job the month is planned around. You will not notice that in the price but in when we can start, and in who answers when something is missing two weeks after launch.
An offer without a pitch and without a concept phase
The usual route runs through briefing, concept and presentation, and only after that does a number appear anywhere. We turn it round: first the number and the list of what it buys, then the work. You can still say no afterwards, and you will have paid nothing to get there.
Questions do not travel through three inboxes
The person who answers you built the site. No concept has to be translated for implementation, no reply waits for the next internal round. A correction from Tuesday evening is in on Wednesday, not in the plan for the week after next.
By train it is four and a half to five hours depending on the connection, usually with one change, and by motorway roughly four hundred kilometres. That is not a distance you travel for a quick question, so the process is complete without a journey from the outset: the dashboard for the status, the ticket system for anything in writing, WhatsApp for short things, video for anything that has to be shown.
The three figures are CHF 499, CHF 699 and CHF 1'099, for Onepager, Starter and Business. They follow the scope and nothing else, neither the postcode on the invoice nor what office space in the city centre costs. Anything you want on top stands next to them as its own line before you agree.
We sit in Switzerland, and your invoice still arrives in euros with no exchange rate on it. Because the service comes from a third country to a German company, you normally declare the VAT yourself; we invoice net and state the procedure. For associations, practices without input tax deduction or private individuals it does not work the same way, so you settle it briefly with your tax adviser before you agree.
The site, the mailboxes and the backup copies sit on European servers, so nothing has to leave for a third country merely to keep them running. You get the data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR for your records before the site goes live. Fonts come from the same server as the page; maps and videos are added only when you genuinely need them.
Section 25 TDDDG requires consent for anything stored on or read from your visitors' devices that is not strictly necessary for the site; the GDPR governs the processing behind it. A pre-ticked box does not meet that, and neither does a banner sitting on top of scripts that loaded long ago. So we work the other way round: first a page that is complete without such services, then the question of which of them actually earns its place.
In Munich a one-page site is the job squeezed in at the end of the month. Here it is the job the month gets planned around.
How we work
Whatever is missing here, we answer directly. The legal points below describe what we implement while building, not what is binding in your case.
What figure does a Munich project come to?
The price depends on one thing only, how many pages you need. There are three tiers: CHF 499 for the onepager, CHF 699 for up to three pages, CHF 1'099 for up to five. Anything beyond that, a booking, a shop, a second language or a newsletter, carries its own line, and you see that list before you agree. The invoice arrives in euros, net for companies with the corresponding tax note.
We only need five pages. Is that too small for you?
The opposite. That is the size the whole process is built for, from the quote to the handover. In a city with this density of agencies, a project of that size competes for the same calendar as far larger budgets. With us it does not: the number of pages decides how long we need, not whether your turn comes at all.
Will we ever meet you in person?
The first appointment is a short video call. For the project start and the handover we come to Munich, four and a half to five hours by train each way. For one off questions we stay at the desk, because two such trips would shift the price of a onepager noticeably. In between, anything in writing goes through the ticket system, anything short over WhatsApp, and in case of doubt a shared screen.
Does the wider Munich area count too?
Yes. The Landkreis München with Unterföhring, Garching, Ismaning, Unterschleissheim, Haar, Ottobrunn, Unterhaching, Gräfelfing and Grünwald is within our catchment area, as are Dachau, Freising, Erding, Ebersberg, Fürstenfeldbruck, Starnberg and Wolfratshausen. Further out the same holds for Augsburg, Ingolstadt and Rosenheim. The address changes nothing about the process; in the end it appears in the imprint and in your business profile.
Does the German accessibility act apply to us as well?
The Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz has been in force since 28 June 2025, but it does not catch every company site. What it targets are consumer facing services delivered by electronic means, a shop or an appointment booking on the web for instance. For services there is also the micro enterprise exemption: fewer than ten employees and no more than two million euros of annual turnover. Independently of that, an imprint under section 5 DDG and a privacy notice belong on every site, reachable from anywhere. What applies to you is stated in the offer, not in the small print afterwards.
Where is a local agency clearly ahead of you?
In several respects, and you should know that before you decide. We do not turn up at short notice for a photo shoot, we do not run a campaign across billboards and radio, we bring no studio of our own, and we will not lay twenty local references on your desk. Anyone who needs that is better served on the spot and should go there. From us you get a website in the size you actually need, at a price fixed beforehand, with one contact who knows the project.
In German or English, a short video call. After that an offer with a fixed price in euros is with you, whether it turns into a onepager or five pages. No obligation, and the size of the project does not decide your place in the calendar.
